I posted that a few months back and some people had some very valid points about the tools flying everywhere on bumps, etc. nothing really looked ‘locked in’. Looks more for show than go but without seeing it first hand it’s hard to tell.
Curious what year JCG? We had some issues with it on a 2011 but it has been flawless on our 18. It's also been great on the 19 Ram. If it was an older JCG, I would hope to think they have worked out the kinks. I thought about not getting it on our 18 but everything comes on the Summit so you...
air suspension and 33 gallon tank. I have it all. I could easily live without the 12" and as far as the sound goes you can update that cheap enough on your own. What I couldn't live without is the 33 gallon tank and air suspension. worth every penny in my book.
Can you make a video of them working? Is there a delay on the turn signals? I'm most interested in that. I would consider switching if there was zero delay.
My dealer got it. I called them months ago asking for one. They kept telling me the same thing, engineering hold, this hold, that hold... they finally called a few weeks ago and said they had one?? I have no idea how they got it.
Maps are old but not that old. They are still Q2 of 17 which is ridiculous. I’d get it if they were Q2 of 18. But if you go back to when they started producing and selling the trucks the date makes sense. What I hate is that they haven’t given us all a free update!
I tossed the box but I should've taken a pic. The part number was definitely an AD on the cardboard box it came in. Do you know if its stamped anywhere on the bed step itself? I can take a look and get a pic from that.
My truck didn’t come with one either. I paid $115 for the parts, installed them myself and the dealer added the sales code for $37.50. I don’t mind aftermarket controllers but I dislike the fact they use inertia instead sensor data from the vehicle to apply brake pressure. Considering the...
I just got an AD from my dealer. I thought I had seen someone on one of the forums with an AE. I’m calling engineering hold a BS term for they are using them on new builds first. Plenty of new trucks on the lots with them and new orders are getting them. They just aren’t released to the...
It’s not a new part. Just a new manufacturer. Every time they change suppliers the change the last letter. The AB part and the AF part will be identical outside of the supplier.
