    35’s fit or no?

Don’t understand the obsession with the 35x12.5 tire size, personally. It’s the 12.5” width that is the problem - not so much the 35” height - which necessitates either a wheel spacer with stock wheels, or aftermarket wheels with more negative offset, in order to clear the upper control arms...

    Rebel only tire size referral

Such a fantastic and underrated tire. I’ve had all the usual suspects and that is my favorite.

    Official North Edition Thread

Wow, they messed up. Not only didn’t use the 1” lift/ ORG springs, but they may have even used 2wd V6 quad cab springs from the look of it. Hard to imagine they’d double down on it being the right part. Just look at it.

I'll have to admit, I feel a bit left out of all these Hurricane discussions....but......

Really turbos just need good lubrication and they’ll live forever. So keeping OCIs short and using quality oil prevents any issues well into triple digit mileage. In fact there really isn’t any servicing - it works or it doesn’t, in which case it needs replaced. The biggest issue I see...

    Bilstein 5100 Ride Quality

The Eibach coilover kits for these trucks allow you to adjust on the truck, for not too too much more money than the 5100s.

    Stellantis CEO Resigns

…. Sorry for the derail. Though “V8’s are central to the CDJR brand…” angle here then I suppose this would come up. I’m simply recommending a 2 State (engine) solution. Let people choose what is important to them.

    Stellantis CEO Resigns

Exactly… it never ends. I’ve seen that option from Burger and have to admit it’s tempting. But then I remind myself to not to go back down that rabbit hole… But as piggybacks go they have a good reputation, at least in the EcoBoost and VW/Audi worlds. I wouldn’t hesitate to try it if I owned...

    Stellantis CEO Resigns

And I’d happily drop any SO with my ethanol’d and turbo-swapped ecoboost. Should just edge out an HO as well. … And any Rivian truck will happily drop me. As will most high performance German barges that turn 11.x & 12.low second quarters like nothing. … Point is, there’s always a bigger...

    Stellantis CEO Resigns

Gents, clearly we’re well on the way to saving CDJR with these ideas. Here’s another: Bring back a BOF Dakota option and keep the Durango untamed - Hemi option for each please, with a manual option on the ‘Kota.

    18 inch tire size help.

Yes, 275/70r18 will fit without any modifications. A 295/70r18 or 285/75/18 might fit, but it will definitely require fender well massaging, and would probably find other spots to rub if pressed off road.

Anyone Experience Total upper/lower front Control Arm Failure While Operating at Low Speeds? 2021 1500 Laramie Longhorn

It sorta seems like you came on here to help (thanks!) but then it seems like someone peed in your Cheerios (no thanks!). Forums are full of info I don’t agree with and armchair mechanics, but it’s not useful to have a p!ssing match with a senior member. Some of what you said is valid, only...

What did you do to your Ram today???

I never quite understood this myself. Either wait until the warranty is up and the warranty DEFINITELY is not going to cover problems, or do it now and MAYBE the problem will be covered. I’ll take maybe and enjoy now.

Anyone done a 1 inch front leveling kit?

Studs maybe, since the spacer is shorter than the typical 2” spacer? If sawzall was used for anything other than that, I’d wager he’s got bigger problems today.

    Which Lift/Level?

If you’re not actually bashing it off road and want a high quality on road ride to go with a nice stance, just grab either a Bilstien or an Eibach kit, Pair it with a ~11.5” wide or less tire (295 section width or less) and call it a day. Each has a couple options to tailor to your price &...

    2025 I6 - JB4 Tuner

Top speed governor has little to do with power as you know. More to do with tire speed ratings and driveshaft rotation limits. But yes I’ve raised mine (different truck, not a hurricane) to 120 with a driveshaft loop and confirmed tires support it. Can’t wait for actual tuning for these, but...

    Input on AT tires

I’m running a 295/75r18 so that pretty much puts me in the E range/ LT tire class. Which is why weight was pretty important. I chose the Bridgestone Dueler Revo3 because it was about the lightest option in that size AND had great all around reviews. The runner up was the Firestone Destination...

    Input on AT tires

AT is definitely one of the more crowded categories of tire. Helps to start with what you prioritize - weight, appearance, size options, brand, snow performance, highway performance, etc. Figure out what's important to you, shortlist a few options using Tirerack.com scores and reviews. Lots...
