Just for my curiosity.. were your oil changes performed based on the trucks computer? Or every so many miles? I'm just documenting this matter! I appreciate your info!
Wife had a 2009 Camry that was a pile of crap.. would also burn a ton of oil due to incorrect gapped piston rings. Also had electric issues too.
I keep my vehicles a minimum of 10 years. Why always have a note? My 2009 Silverado was trouble free. 175000 miles.
Thanks for reply!
I'm just curious.. I have faith in our Rams. Just got to do our part in maintenance. If I get 200,000 miles with small repairs I'd be more than satisfied
If you don't mind me asking... how many miles do you average on your Ram trucks? Seems like a large deal of people on the forum don't keep their vehicles very long.
That's just an observation on my part.. I could be very wrong!!
Most problems don't show up until after the 100,000 mile mark...
Shell Rotella Gas Truck synthetic 5W-20 and Wix Filter.. or NAPA platinum. I have trust issues with other people working on my truck. It's not their truck.. why should they care?
