Is there a way to get some pictures of the spacers from inside the wheel well? Are you still using the links and just in the front? Rear is still completely stock?
Do the updated rails slide out easily? There are circumstances where I will need the full width of the bed. I am hoping I can slide those rails off fairly easily if I happen to need the width.
I drove to work in normal setting today. No error codes yet. It did seem like a slightly stiffer ride in the front - expected. I normally bias to driving in Aero anyway, recall I have ORP to begin with.
I really think that I am flirting with the lower threshold in the rear and need to just...
I drove 15 miles to work in AERO mode and got a temporary 'Service suspension' message that went off after a minute. Same thing happened on the way home...and then again on another 20 miles the other direction and again on the way home ...argh ... I'm going to adjust the back higher by 1 more...
It is very much trial and error. I would have to take off the links again to measure. Each turn of the screw changes things pretty dramatically. I started somewhere around 5mm (not cm!) SHORTER on both from stock. 5mm = 3/4 - 1" change. SHORTER on the FRONT RAISES the suspension, and...
I made adjustments to the settings. My goal was to lower the rear as much as I could and still allow all modes to work. I was able to lower the rear by 5/8" and raise the front by 1-3/8". Before I started my front sat lower by 2-1/2". The delta is now only 1/2". I have the ORP. I could...
I just put my links on last night. I raised the front by 3/4" (would have preferred more thread on the front to be honest - not much thread in the link). A 3/4" increase height is approximately the lowest setting so those looking to lower would need longer thread. The rear I lowered about...
Did you have trouble taking the stock links off? I was going to install yday and felt like I was going to snap the plastic mount. I quit and figured maybe I would wait until I could apply a heat gun and warm up the plastic (make it feel less brittle in the freezing cold). I measured - my plan...
Looks forward to seeing your results. I just put on black tips to complete my rear end this past weekend. Are you going to do side molding as well, window trim? If so what will your approach be on the window trip? Plastidip?
Going to use some conservative assumptions here ... 4hr trip ~500 miles round trip. At ~14mpg that's ~34 gallons. At 20 mpg you would consume 25 gallons, so about 8-9 gallons more fuel. Roughly $20 delta at current gas prices. Is it really worth it to rent a car?
Sounds like you are still...
I just ordered some links over the weekend, so this was good timing for me. I have stocks on, prob until spring.
What size are your tires? I didn't see anything in your signature.
Looked like you were still waiting on an updated part. I assume you have the new one installed to level the front? Are you pleased? How is the ride? My guess is you bought qty 2 at $32? Would you have preferred the adjustable links over the fixed?
It was relatively warm outside today, so I got around to adding the Carven Black Tips (just the tip) to complete the blackout look on the rear end. Used the existing stock clamps. Had a helper hold them on there for me so I could get them straight. Took maybe 10 mins to do.
Which tire did you go with? (Basically LT or non-LT RG). Also have you noticed much hit on MPGs?

Do the rails of the Truxedo protrude the bed as much as the rails of the BakFlip MX4? I believe the MX4 measured 1-3/8" each side. Does anyone know if the rails of either of these easy to removed? I will need as much width as possible to get my atv in for the solo trips I take with the guys...
