Keep us updated on what you see. I had the Daystar spacer put on in May on my off-road (no OR2 option) Limited. I kept stock UCA's in. I saw the truck up on the lift and the UCA's touching the airbag, but when it was back on the ground there was a ton of space. I went out and looked at my...
I went with non-LT tires to keep the weight down. 305/55/20 measures same as 33x12.5. If weight is your biggest struggle, go with 33 non-LT.
I'm happy with my set up.
You shouldn't need to lower the rear - you just have the ability to fine tune if you want/need to. Revel sells only 4pc kit for front & rear. (I have daystar spacer in the front + revel links on my limited air suspension, with off road pkg.)
I'll comment. I have RG's that measure 33x12.5, but on aftermarket wheels with a +1 offset. This compares to the +19 offset that the stock wheels have. I have no rubbing in any mode. I also put in Revel links, daystar air/suspension spacer in the front to adjust to leveled look in the front...
Air suspension works normal. Ridge Grapplers are a hybrid tire with a good reputation. My ride didnt change dramatically with my setup. Expensive tires vs what else is available, especially in the wider 305 format. I'm pleased in the two weeks that I have had them.
Yes to spacer & links you listed. I was going for look of level. Tires would have probably fit just fine if you want to keep a rake look. I would guess you need to change the offset of the wheel to get the wider tires. Offset of +1 makes the wheels poke out about 18mm more per side vs the...
The links are attached to sensors that calculates and adjusts the amount of air in the bags. The spacer is put between the bag and the body to reduce the amount of air in the bags. You can get a level look with just the links, however more air in the bags makes for a rougher ride.
Revel link...
Limited with air suspension. Added the largest non LT Ridge Grapplers (305/55/20) to maximize the ride comfort on Fuel Rebel 20x9 +1 offset wheels (d680). I also had Daystar spacer installed up front to keep my ride close to stock, along with previously installed revel links to level the front...
Here are a few. No rubbing. I went biggest non-LT tire to preserve ride and keep rotational mass low. Could save some $ and go with a 275/60/20 and get same tire width as stock, but taller 33". I wanted the wider look so went with 305
Wow we have almost identical builds, except mine has rambox reducing my payload capacity by an additional 244 lbs!. I can tell you. That I have had 50 bags of wet mulch on a pallet in mine that had to put me over and truck with air suspension handled it with ease.
We both agree then that 2.25" is the right direction for him and that micro adjustments can have a dramatic effect. At first, I thought we were trying to solve for why the spacer didn't change the height of the front end after install vs before. Going to 2.25" from 2.5" would adjust the front...
Shortening the links raises the front but not on a 1:1.
From Revel:
Shortening the Link from the factory length will raise the vehicle. Each 5mm variance from stock will adjust
the vehicle approx ¾ - 1”...

I have a 12.5" wide tire, BUT my offset is +1 vs the stock +19
Also, I learned a lot from the youtube channel called custom offsets. they have a nice gallery of what people have done with wheels.
Does your buddy want to be my buddy too?! Jelly.
I'm trying to be mindful of costs but not do things cheaply. My wife thinks I'm already getting carried away with what I am doing to a new truck. Ha!
I have 305/55/20, which measures 33.2" x 12.5" vs the stock 275/55/20, which measures 32" x 11" The wheels I got have an offset of +1 vs the +19 stock. The 305's might have been too wide without an offset rim, potentially not getting past the clearance of the UCA.
