Okay am I missing a setting or something? My default Nav screen always reverts to this when I start the truck. I have to swipe left to get to the map screen. Is this normal? Really annoying

Hi all, Dealer has a 2019 Limited with 4500 miles sitting on the lot. It has most of the options I want minus eTorque and Ram Box. My question is how much extra do you think I can get them to knock off because of the miles?
