So it sounds like you have exactly what I have. 3.92 with limited slip and no max tow.
I ordered 3 quarts of 75W140
1 Quart of 75W90
1 4ounce bottle of Mopar limited slip juice. Nice little gotcha from Mopar when the specs call for 5 ounces.
The actual capacity is aprox 2.3 pints in the...
Owner's manual is pretty good about the weight per configuration-several variations. Your window sticker or build sheet should have gear ratio and whether or not it is a limited slip diff. Amsoil page is pretty good about capacity as well.
Timely post. I had been planning the front and rear change to Amsoil until after I got new tires.
Got new tires today, so maybe I'll do it this weekend.
lol. Never said it did. I also don't really care what people spend their money on or whether they want to cheap out on tires. Their wallet to do as they please. Seems an odd pace to go cheap, especially if you are in a ****ty weather state.
There will always be a market for folks that love...
While I wouldn't call Kumho a popular brand, I've said similar in other posts regarding Hankook: https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/a-t-tires.32284/post-487031
While they may eventually become a real brand, "Venom" is currently a no name brand and are dirt cheap for a reason. I wouldn't...
Only one way to find out.
Take this with a grain of salt, but I personally wouldn't put no name cheap tires on a >$50K vehicle. That 20 year beater rust bucket-sure.
Also, if your location sees vastly varied weather, you really don't want to cheap out on tires.
I was able to use the windows version to change my DRLs to the turn signals. It no kidding took me about two hours of playing around until I had a eureka moment and found the functions.
That computer isn't near me right now or I would try to walk you through it, but don't worry-the windows...
"Leveling" kits are for mall crawlers who don't want to use their trucks.
Lift kits are a different story.
Neither are super optimal for towing, but a mild lift won't hurt.
I just leave the hitch in. Useful as a feeler, can be used as a field expedient hammer, and helps poke holes in the radiators of those who rear end you.
Flame suit on, but nothing makes a truck look trashier than off brand tires. Of course Hankook used to be considered an off brand tire, and now they're all over the place.
I'm sure they're popular in the south where year round changing weather traction isn't a concern, but those don't look...
I had a set on my old Tacoma. Great tires year round. My current hesitation on those are some are being made in China and you don't know what you'll get until they're installed on your truck.
There doesn't seem to be a ton of 3PMSF tires in LT 275/60/20, so I'm either going with D rated BFG...
I don't really baby it. I'll haul *** from time to time passing something. Most of the roads around here are simple state roads, rolling hills, curves, and 40-50ish MPH speed limits. The one interstate I travel has a 70mph speed limit is rolling hills and curves, so I set the cruise for...
So I bought my truck at NUCAR in Tilton(they had what I wanted on the lot), and I'm eventually moving to western Coös county so my nearest dealer will be Crosstown in Lttileton.
Any experiences with those service departments? I will likely only go in for repairs or warranty work.
Been working on my own stuff for over 30 years. Three other Dodges, a Chevy, a Toyota, and a couple random cars. Did a normal early first oil change today.
This is by far the worst location for an oil filter that I've encountered on a truck. If it isn't fixed before I need another truck, I'm...
