I bought a black car that had hail damage similar to the top of you truck. After paintless dent repair it looked perfect. The right guy can do wonders.
Depending on the amount of damage, the repair should not require significant if any structural repair. All damaged parts should be replaced with factory parts and no straightened sheet metal. The net effect should be a like new truck with little to no reduction in value.
I like a limited slip differential but always remember that on slippery roads it will normally make the rear go sideways as opposed to straight ahead. Depending on the wheelbase and driving style they can be quite dangerous.
My advise is DO NOT analyze the problem. Tell the service people that your truck is leaking oil. Let them figure out where it is coming from. There are many places that could be the source of the leak. The thinking that because it isn't transmission fluid it must be a main seal is flawed. It...
This is correct. It is so that should something go wrong you won't be traveling at high speeds. (Lawyers?) At any normal highway speed your engine is running at speeds that are barely above idle. Yes, I have been playing cars for more than 50 years.
I am sure it depends on what issue you are seeing. Tire wear is more than likely on you. If your truck doesn't track straight, maybe. If it has more than a few miles on it, probably not.
In the old days (and I expect yet today) fluid was properly filled when you could put your little finger in the hole, bend the finger down and you could touch the fluid. Filling all the way to the base of the fill file could cause the fluid to be over full when hot. Can contribute to leaks.
About a month ago I was on the highway at 65 MPH when a large stone hit the windshield hard. It left a small mark by the top of the windshield but nothing else. This windshield seems to be every bit as strong as any others I have owned.
I tried one with air suspension a while back and didn't care for it. I bought mine with standard suspension and am very satisfied with the ride quart and handling.
I use bars of Irish Spring soap placed around and under my motorcycle, cars etc. I have used it for years and the success has been excellent. No rat or mouse issues.
