Would they, though? I imagine you wouldn't move to D1 precisely because there is a hangup with color. I could be wrong, but my understanding of D1 means everything needed to build the truck is in order (and in my mind, that requires paint to be available). Who knows, though? All I know is I've...

I wonder if they didn't give your truck the right software and/or gauge cluster? The Ram site still touts the 10th Ann. startup page as one of the benefits of the model. Also, I could be wrong, but I feel like I read somewhere that the off-road pages are only available on the TRX and Rebel.

We've all been waiting with baited breath... how did the delivery go, and where are the pics?!?

Oh, I agree. But, that just ain't the way it has been working.

That's how you guarantee you get your truck sooner than others... just reorder, as it appears many of the new orders are being prioritized. Congrats on being able to drive your new truck by Thanksgiving!

If true, that’s frightening… I don’t think we’ve seen a number that high for a single day… most days are less than 1,400 trucks per day, so to see 2,600+ raises questions about how they were able to put out that many.

    2022 Orders

Taking over/under bets on how many of us in the 12xxxx range and below are still without trucks when your build sheet pops up. Opening range: ALL.

Well, when it can drive itself and massage you while doing it, it's probably justified. Not to mention, there isn't any cheap burlap anywhere inside the cab. Ram needs to release a SuperLimited that has the 6.2L, no burlap, massage seats, and self-driving capabilities to keep up.

Just drive down to SHAP and demand your truck.

Yes... the "special circumstance" is that Stellantis has no f'ing clue what it is doing.

    2022 Orders

To be fair, that doesn't mean much... his truck may not arrive at the dealer for another two months, still.

What was damaged? Just curious since there have been other reports of damage... just want to see if there is a pattern.

I have the anti-spin diff listed on my POC, though I did not order the Night package.

You mean... like how Stellantis has basically done the same to early orders and Canadians?

    2022 Orders

I'm not talking about how easy or difficult it would be to swap out the wrong parts for the right parts. My bigger concern is/would be: if both the build sheet and window sticker list parts the truck clearly does not have, what else is wrong? How did this truck get through the inspection process...

    2022 Orders

Not trying to rain on your parade, but I would pass on the truck unless they gave you a HUGE discount over and above what they may have already agreed to give you, and a free extended warranty. The fact that your window sticker and build sheet show black tubular side steps when your truck...

That's not right, is it? I'm pretty sure that it is not a standard feature.

Wait... Did they give you some black lugnuts and some chrome? The picture of the wheel you posted looks like it has three of each.
