$9-10K off the sticker is a good deal in my opinion. Here in Texas everyone seems to drive a pick up truck so discounts are not as big. Their attitude is if you don't buy it the next guy will. I got almost $10K off by using the email method and then presenting the lowest bid to my closest dealer.

I feel for you. We have a very similar setup on our trucks and the same order date. I was in D for 40 days. Now in D1 for 10 days. I think I was too optimistic hoping to have the truck in 8-10 weeks as the dealer stated. Maybe 10-12 is more realistic.

I guess I am not a normal case then, hahaha. I am at exactly 7 weeks since the order was placed and I am in D1 status. Oh well.

You have to love the use of the words "always in the plan", "should ship", and the use of a quarter (nice 3 month window). Talk about not wanting to commit to anything.

So if it was all according to plan, why was the communication so bad? We should have been told the truth from the beginning. Where are the EPA numbers? Has anyone released or seen them? It's all very frustrating and FCA needs to improve this process in the future.
