I actually found my RAM Cares rep to be pretty conscientious and helpful. He didn't have the answer that I needed so he called the dealership for me and got the answers from them for me.
I agree with the active favorites from the old system, or at least be able to get rid of the beep every time a favorite comes on

Not sure about your state but that is usually not correct, unless you can show that the neighbor was somehow negligent and somehow that negligence directly lead to this damage. More than likely your neighbor didn't do anything wrong and is therefore not liable for your damage.
Having cool storage boxes built in the side of the truck bed that are weatherproof and feature drain holes, lights and even a wall outlet that auto-lock and unlock with the truck but if i hold my head just right I can see that they don't line up exactly the same in the front as in the rear.
I wish you could set what temp you want them to come on at. I would like my heated seats to come on at around 50 degrees, not 39. In Michigan they may not think 50 is cold but here in Texas we call it cold.
