i also "live in an area where we have a lot of rolling hills " .. first tank at 350 mi was 19.5 hand cal on wife's trk ... overall avg has run around 18 - 19 hc ... just used Fuelly for this last fillup .. my trk also get the same overall average and has since day one
with that payload, it looks like you should be looking at something in the "ultra lite" aluminum body not greater than 25' box (30' bumper to hitch) and less than 8000# GVW ... here is an example of mine ...

wife's trk (Nav) bought in september ... non owner until i call Uconnect .. a week later i am the owner ... we have two 2019 Rams bought at different dealers but can NOT select the selling dealer as "preferred dealer" .... Uconnect tech is useless

IF the TT says it weights 10,000#s then the hitch weight will be around 1,000#s ... a fully "loaded 4x4 Laramie crew cab" will likely have a payload door sticker of around 1,200 #s ... so subtract the hitch weight of 1,000 #s from the payload of 1,200 #s and you can carry 200 #s total in your...
i plugged a 12V converter into the inverter ... this gives me a source for my CB radio without letting a wire dangle down over the dash all the time ... it is on for acc and run
