well the manual hubs always worked good for me till one night at 2 am we were racing our trks thru the pond on my farm ... there may have been some adult beverages involved ... and a "friend" unlocked one hub .. needless to say they had to pull me out of the pond ... it was still one of those...
well in the olden days when i had manual locking hubs on my 1974 Dodge Power Wagon, 360cdi and 4 speed manual trans ... when i unlocked the hubs there was a significant gain in mpg (8 mpg vs 12 mpg) ... of course people today are too lazy to get out of the truck or plan ahead and lock the hubs...

we have either snow or ice storms every three days around here this year .... so have used the Auto 4 many times ... after reading threads like this one i began to take special notice of the mpg reading on the dash ... i know it is not the exact mpg but it is relative ... started out with 18.2...
also when you figure the tongue weight us the 9900 # GVWR cause no matter what you think, when you are ready to drive away you will be at least that weight .. so using that wight, your tongue weight will be around 1000#s
i have a CB in both our trks ... i use a Wilson magnetic mount antenna, run the wire down the drive door post and under the driver seat to the console .... there i have a Uniden 520 XL set on end in the front of the base console with a piece of velcro holding the unit to the charging cradle ...
hitch weight of 1391 ... WOW ... many of the Ram 1500 posted in Payload on this site do not have that much payload and i would be very careful to find out the GVW for the 5th wheel ... dealers tell ya all the time it is 1/2 ton tow able and then after ya buy it you find out your rig is over weight
looking at mpg posts in forums is no indication of what a vehicle actually getting ... our Tundras never got less than 16 mpg hc and often would average high 17s ... on longer road trips without much stop and go a few time i got over 20 mpg from my TRD ... but i guess i drive like i am 69 yrs...
sorry i do not see the connection between the front avoidance system and the rear brake lights ... look at my signature, i have 2 Rams 2019 and they both have FCA and they both have caps and both caps have the 3rd brake lite ... you need to find another installer
you really need to check these out before you make a post like that .. i know lots of Dodge/Ram guys resent Toyotas BUT our TRD Limiteds had everything that our 2 Rams have now .... i just hope IF i choose to trade in my Ram in one year with 15,000 miles that the trade in is as good as it was...
