I bought that one and it did not fit. With the truck on the lift, it literally touched the swaybar and I could not install it. It is now taking up space on my shelf in the garage.

Finally checked my paperwork. The TSB calls for 68591572-AA (RH Exhaust Manifold Kit) and they used 68591572-AB. So maybe there was another update to the manifold part number since the TSB came out?

The Manifold itself is covered, mine was just replaced @ 44k miles. I only have the warranty that comes with the truck.

They finally got the parts in and mine goes in for Manifold #2 replacement on the 1st.

That sounds like alot of revs for such a small trailer only weighing 3,500lbs. Are you sure the trailer is rolling ok? (bearings, tires, brakes, etc) Mine tows this @ 7k-8k lbs and with the 3,92s. I can sometimes get her into 8th gear, though most of the time it sits in 7th around 2k - 2.3k rpms.

I use fuelly, and I agree.. the LOM (Lie-O-Meter) is almost alway optimistic by a decent amount.
