I bought that one and it did not fit. With the truck on the lift, it literally touched the swaybar and I could not install it. It is now taking up space on my shelf in the garage.
Finally checked my paperwork.
The TSB calls for 68591572-AA (RH Exhaust Manifold Kit) and they used 68591572-AB. So maybe there was another update to the manifold part number since the TSB came out?
It's fixed, and i dont hear any chugging / ticking anymore.. still need to check the part numbers they used, but just got home from winterizing our last 2 motorcycles out at the garage.
I believe the part ended in an "AB"
Dropped mine off last night for repair this morning.. the Service manager looked at me like I had 3 heads when I showed him the tsb and asked if the parts they are putting on were the correct ones.. so I have zero confidence it's going to be done right.. but that seems to be the normal with the...
This weekend I was on a semi long downhill grade (rolling in 4th @ 3700rpms) for what seemed like 5 miles out by the in-laws. Started hearing a whining that sounded like a power steering pump with low fluid. Was still present after we hit the bottom for acouple miles and then went away. The...
That sounds like alot of revs for such a small trailer only weighing 3,500lbs. Are you sure the trailer is rolling ok? (bearings, tires, brakes, etc)
Mine tows this @ 7k-8k lbs and with the 3,92s. I can sometimes get her into 8th gear, though most of the time it sits in 7th around 2k - 2.3k rpms.
Yeah, but real world purchase price went up A L O T more.
I bought my 2019 Longhorn for mid fifties, pretty sure you can't touch one now for less than $70k.
Check sites like Fuelly: pretty sure our combo is getting in the 15-16 mpg range on that site.
Last I checked, my trucks lifetime (almost 3 yrs & 42k miles of mostly hwy driving) is somewhere just south of 16mpg... my window sticker says the same as yours. Though I will say, this past...
Called the dealer about the pass side manifold and they said there is zero wait.. part is available 2 day lead time after they diagnose it. I'm guessing they have old stock they're trying to get rid of and I don't want it on my truck.
I'm still waiting on front swaybar endlinks from April.. new...
..yeah, it'd be nice.
Driver's was leaking in April @ 35k, took till end of July to get the part in.. now my passenger side is leaking @ 40k. I really don't feel like dealing with this **** on a 2 1/2yr old truck.
