I am very surprised by this. I have owned many makes of vehicles that did not allow this. But never owned an Audi. You sure you aren’t referring to the DRLs? Or do you mean you can have both high beams and fog lights by manually pulling the stick back and holding it? Most vehicles I have owned...
I didn’t adjust mine and already deal with a lot of people flashing me because they think my brights are on. Which is ignorant cause you can’t have fog lights and brights on at the same time. Then I go to flash my highs back at them but the auto high beams prevents me from doing that. By then...
I can partially answer your question. The bed divider clears the bottom bed rug fine. You didnt post your truck options in your signature. I am going to assume a few things for the next part of the answer. First is that you are talking about the Mopar bed divider. Second that you realize the...
mine was mailed stapled to my registration. I didn't even know it was there until I read this thread. So I am a glovebox. This is my third truck in PA. never had a sticker before. Mine has a two on it. I didn't sign any waivers that i recall.
After following this for four pages of posts I have come to realize that despite all the talk of steel v aluminum spares, open ended lugnuts, and funnels; only one person had this incredibly weird sounding problem. Have we all been asking the wrong question? Was there an installation snafu...
I am willing to bet this was a response to the people running over themselves with FCA vehicles. A consequence of one of the worst shifter designs of all times that the rotary knob fixed. However when cars start killing their owners with simple usage corporate America probably overreacts and...
My screen works with gloves and the screen is so large the controls are big enough to not miss. But I do understand what you are saying. First thing we do when getting in is tap, tap, tap to get the seat heaters working. I had to have a manager who had to have a regional FCA specialist order...
Weird. Works on mine. Can you confirm your ok button works choosing a setting? There are two trips odoms. You use left right arrows to move between them. Sure you aren’t setting one and seeing the other?
It’s been a while since I test drove but I was pretty sure. So I did an online configure just now. For 360 On a Laramie you must get the advanced safety group and level 2 but NOT a 12 inch screen. So just step through the website with your dealer. Now that being said I can’t imagine finding one...
I can think of one thing that may be adding to it. This forums search engine is too picky about short search terms. For example: @Doc started this thread with an example about repetitive threads on MPG. Try searching for MPG and see what happens. It’s too short and is rejected as a valid...
I don’t quite know why Ram made the decision. I have auto dim side mirrors (both) on a different car and having the passenger is nice. Why just put it on one.
Just to clarify that last statement. Having 4wd lowers your overall payload capacity.
For anyone that hasn’t figured this out yet:
2wd, quad cab, v6 provides the most payload
4wd, crew cab, etorque v8 provides the least payload
That is why people say the loaded trucks haul less. It isnt the...
So live and learn. I always feel better when I can take action after a problem to prevent the next one. Gives me back a feeling of control over a bad situation. So let’s just assume eliminating the wife is off the table. I realized my truck is almost too long so I bought a piece of siding foam...
NP. My approach is a bit different. Separate the Velcro pieces and keep them apart so that they can't pull on one another. That clicking was driving me nuts. The truck is so quiet that it was really obvious.
I had this exact same problem. At first thought it was the passenger visor. Every bump I heard a click. Eventually figured out that it was one of th Velcro tabs on the headliner. Mine line up. My theory is that the top ones are supposed to be glued to the ceiling but they missed the glue on one...
October build. No update. But other than a minimum navigation volume problem with CarPlay I haven’t reported yet I don’t have any problems. Updates to working software worry me. Any chance there was a “skip this” option?
Well put. My favorite example is Tesla naming their system “autopilot” and then people dieing because they actually let the car drive itself even though it’s not intended to do that. So I kind of feel a bit of idiot proofing is needed. Btw this is my second car with this tech and I find the Ram...
