Could u fashion one that clips or hangs over the edge so there’s no need to drill holes? I’d buy that for a dollar. (Extra points for anyone who can name that movie quote)
On Amazon there is a bed mat for 179 but it doesn’t appear that it goes up the sides the way yours does. There’s also a $429 bed liner that looks more like what you have. I also have the MFT so that may add a wrinkle
Thanks for sharing. I want the bed rug but am being cheap and think I can get a carpet remnant and use that. Is there any wear and tear on the bed rug? Does it fray? Anyway, thanks again for posting.
Sport hood: Looks great, if you still have some teenage boy in you. I guess that's why I like it. It does rise higher than the standard hood, however, so the view over the top feels a bit more constrained and even more difficult to see over the hood. I had a '19 Laramie for 4 years so I have...
Have had this a couple of months and finally had the perfect opportunity to assemble a few pix. '21 Limited, 5.7 eTorque, Limited Level 1, 3.92 axle and Locking rear axle, Tech package, Night Edition, Dual Pane Sunroof, 33 Gallon Tank, MFT, Trailer Brake, Protection Group, Granite Crystal...
That looks more or less like what I have. I just drape it down along the underside of the seats onto the floor. My dogs don’t really like to stick their heads out but I sure hate the nose swipes all over the back windows when I let ‘em ride atop the seats. Plus I worry about the leather along...
Not sure what a seat extender is. I just fold up my seats leaving a huge area for both my dogs. I do have a seat cover to protect the carpeted underside of the seats and to cover the floor but they’re quite happy with all the space afforded them back there. Btw: congrats on the new ride...
I got a coxsic cushion on Amazon for about $40. I was setting out on a cross country trip in my ‘19 Laramie and thought I might need it. But the ride in that truck was the most comfortable seats I’ve ever been in. Including bmws and Volvos. The cushion was therefore unnecessary but I tried...
In case it hasn’t been mentioned, that light is also controlled by the dial on left under steering wheel. Scroll that and that light should get brighter or dimmer along with the other ambient lighting points.
RigjtOn Brackets makes a simple 90 degree steel bracket that replaces and is actually stronger than the one that is required for the MFT. Use that and you can then have a much broader range of cover options. I installed these very easily and replaced the standard soft cover with my old hard...
Basically one can think of the mft as just a 5th door. I use the bed a lot more just because of how easy and civilized it is for my kind of basic use. The off center line down the back triggers a bit of OCD but the utility of it outweighs that. For me. I only got it because it came with the...
Having just switched from a ‘19 Laramie to a ‘21 Limited with mft I can say that I will never have another truck without it again. As for the brackets interfering with your topper, there is an aftermarket bracket that is easy to replace to allow for standard toppers, tonneaus etc. Otherwise...
Great thread. I'm new here but have had '19 Laramie for 4 years and just got a 21 limited (looks about identical to Josh 24's truck.) So I can sure weigh in on ride quality comparing my 2 trucks: the '19 Laramie on 18s (standard size Firestone Destinations) rides like a dream in comparison to...
I’m interested in your swap. I have a 2019 Laramie with black leather and the middle front seat. I actually never use it and would like the console but didn’t know they can be swapped out. Is that what you’re talking about or do you mean the rear bench seat?
