Got my oil change done earlier this week at the dealership I used to work at. During the service the technician and I lifted up a 295/60/20 Falken AT3W and it would not fit within the metal shield around the spare tire. The pictures above show a 33” will barely fit in that space. On the last...
Looks good. Similar to my truck with the ORP. I put a half inch spacer in the front Monday (for now) so essentially I’m 1.5 inch front and 1 inch rear compared to a non-ORP regular ram. Just a little more rake not quite level but it’s OK if I tow I will be level. These trucks should have come a...
Mines just a metal green one that says diesel fuel only and has a emblem of a filler nozzle pump. It has a rubber O-ring and it fits. I have to give it a little tap to seat it properly but it works to keep the dirt out. Not the greatest fit but it works. The blue one for the DEF side fit...
Tires will pick up rocks but you’re missing the point of my question. Do the ultra terrain’s “hold”rocks.
An example is the Yokohama G015 is a great tire but if you drive through gravel the tread will try and hang on to every little pebble it can and they stay stuck in the tread. Falken AT3W...
Thank you. Speakers and hifi are a passion of mine.
I usually gravitate towards the silk domes. The Cerwin Vega’s I have are my first titanium dome tweeter. They have a nice sizzle to them and are smooth like a silk dome but not overly harsh like an aluminum dome. I’m going to run them for a...
I am an audiophile... More so for home audio. What one person thinks of how a speaker sounds will be different from what another person thinks. Go to several mobile audio stores and listen to the speakers but keep in mind those speakers are filling a large room and not small cab space of a...
Just did a trip from Boise Idaho to Portland Oregon up over Mount Hood to bend then back around the Cascades to Salem up to Portland and back to Boise with the ORP and 3.92’s averaged over 27 MPG with some city driving mixed in there.
My last truck was the 2015 1500 v6. I had the Bilstein 5100's. They where listed at 2.8" lift on the max setting. Since I didn't have the weight of the hemi it gave me a full 3" front lift.
I think you should be fine with the Mopar lift. There are other options...
It really is important to have your speedometer corrected. Software does not just control what’s the speedometer says it also affects shift points for the transmission, mpg display calculation, and other aspects such as stability control. Your mpg shown in the center display is not accurate...
Looks great! How is the ride quality? Has the suspension been modified at all? Did you have the speedometer recalibrated and if so what kind of fuel economy hit did you get?
