I am interested in this kit as well. But I have a EcoDiesel......Does anyone know why they woudln't fit Diesel models? Says on their site "Will not fit diesel models.".
3″ BALL JOINT UCA LIFT KIT W/ FRONT DIRT LOGIC 2.5 COILOVERS & REAR DIRT LOGIC 2.25
What shocks did you pair with your 2.5" Motofab up front? Are you running any lift in the rear, or did it pretty much even out your Rebel front-to-back?
What lift are you guys running for the 5th Gen EcoDiesels? Post up pics, and specs for front and rear, please.
I was looking at the 4" BDS lift kit, but unfortunately their website states it does not fit the EcoDiesel model.
Also, the Fabtech 3" lift kit with Dirt Logic 2.50 Coilover shocks...
Yeah, I am assuming they are rated for recovery because what other reason would they be there for. Where did you find the info that load is 5500lbs or 1.5x gvwr, is that for the front hooks/loops? How much does the average 5th gen 1500 weigh?
They made the change midway through their 2020 production run. And didn't tell anyone. So it appears anyone with a build date after 02-2020 missed out on the remote rez's.
Yeah, I'm disappointed. Fingers crossed TFL can shed light on this. Would it make sense to go the warranty route... for wrong parts. Force them into the light??
^^^ agree with this 100%. And the dealerships don't know. Ram needs to update their marketing materials at the very least.
I am curios though, those other Rebels on the lot had the remote-res, correct? That means they may have a build date prior to 2/20. I wonder how likely that is...
I guess they just wanted the Rebel community to figure this out for ourselves - - - I am OK with it in the end, but still I feel slightly annoyed by it. Didn't need to be this way Ram :P.
Thank you!!! Looks like our trucks received incorrect rear-shocks during assembly. You have almost the same vehicle as me, and my Rebel also has a build date of 02/2020 (like yours does). Were you able to talk to anyone on the dealer lot?
