falkin wildpeak at3w is an excellent choice. Just put a set on my 2019 Bighorn and love them. Had them on the taco before this and my son is still running them. Quiet, grip is great in both snow and rain. there were times here in New Hampshire I never needed to engage the 4x4 on the taco...
I have the bighorn, quad cab and 4x4 with a 5.7 with regular 8 speed and the 3.92 rear end. The truck is 5 months old with 13890 miles on her. Yes I bought her new and she only had 16 miles on her. My mpg runs from 18.7 to 21 depending on type of driving. Commute to work is 60 per cent...
,
not beyond skill level, just that the truck is less than 6 months old and I would like most work done on her the first year to be under warranty. As I said before, you can source the entire kit on line for around $150 and having the dealer install it, as my dealer doesnt care where the parts...
Thats nice but being 66 years old I no longer like to spend time doing work on the truck, besides having the dealer do it its under warranty and if any problems arise its taken care of.
my computer mpg is always within .4 of my hand calculations, when I check it every now and then. Its a full size pick up with a 5,7 and 3.92 rearend. what do you want an economy car get one but a truck is a truck.
go to ebay there are several dealerships selling on line and you can get the kit from anywhere from 169. to 256. as long as its a ram kit any dealer should install it. Mine dealer quoted me one hour labor and flash the computer included for 105 an hour. If your stealership is quoting more...
I live in New Hampshire, we have no sales or income tax but they do get us on property tax and car reg, thanks to a democratic governor 3 years ago she doubled our reg fees. In November when I renew my reg on the 2019 Ram 1500 I'll spend $760.00 to keep my plates. Top that if you can.
2019 1500 big horn, 5.7. 8 speed, 4x4. 10000 miles in 4 months and some other goodies on her. Other than the air bag control being reprogramed runs like a top. Getting between 18.9 mpg and 21 mpg depending on driving conditions. If this keeps up I"ll end up keeping her for 5 or 6 years like...
the entire kit is now available on line for anywhere from $189.00 to $259.00. My dealer said install time is one hour, if you get the kit for 189 and add 108, dealer hour charge, you get everything done for 296.00 and have a two year warranty on the it and no gorilla fingers banged up.
Just rolled over 5900 miles on my Big Horn. 4x4, 5.7. 3.92 rear. My average mpg is running from 18,7 to 20.3. I'm getting better mileage than the taco off road I traded for the Ram. Very pleased with the truck. Only one recall and that was the ORC reflash on the air bag shut down.
My 1500 has a manufacture date of 03/19. I bought it 04/19. Now have 5800 miles on her and only one item has popped up. Just got a recall notice for the ORC control. ( the air bag deployment brain needs an update) It took Ram one day to contact me via my mopar home page of the recall and I...
