That would point to a leak in the exhaust, specially if it quiets down after couple minutes.

Pretty sure they are CAN high and CAN low indicating that how they are referenced to the voltage zero line. This is different from CAN bus data speeds that are high or low.
Now it is sounding like a problem with wiring. Has anyone checked and cleaned this ground connection? There is a TSB on it regarding the loss of power steering.
So the fan works when the AC is on, therefore a blown 100A fuse F200 is eliminated.
