Another issue I've noticed is when setting up my dash screen (the left, right, upper right, lower right) information to display, it does not give me an option for the "right" side of the screen. On my last truck, I had my distance to empty setup to be right there, and I wanted it on this new...
You can hold the fob against the window as the door closes, it'll think it's still in the vehicle. This worked on my 2023, I imagine it'll work on these too.
It's not in there. It wasn't able to be turned off on the previous years except if you used Tazr. Alfa wasn't able to disable that feature, at least in my 2023.
Ya, my mirror lights light up as they're supposed to, but the headlights and tails do not come on when I unlock the truck. I have an appointment Friday morning for them to adjust the position of my steering wheel since it's off and to the right some. I'll see what they say about the approach...
An issue I just noticed with mine last night is my approach lights (the headlights and tail lights) do not come on when I unlock the truck, even though that setting is turned on in the settings. smh.
Ya, I've done it. When you're in Alfa, there's a spot for "program tire size". Just do that and there is a premade tire size that are 35s, use that. The width and wheel size doesn't matter for this. Just the circumference of the tire.
I did a whole write up on here about activating factory remote start. There were I believe 2 settings in Alfa you had to turn on, then have a new fob with the remote start button and tailgate open button (if you're wanting that) programmed/cut at the dealer. You also have to drive the truck...
I have the exact same thing in my 2023. I've taken it to the dealer and they say they don't feel it. You can feel it while idling at a red light. It's like a rumble/shake in the seat. I keep my auto stop/start off all the time, but if I turn it on and allow the motor to shut down while stopped...
I had a set for a bit. They definitely had some road noise to them I didn't care for so I sold them pretty quickly. I picked the set I got up for $800 - night edition rebel wheels and tires, with TPMS, brand new. Heck of a deal!
Used factory wheels/tires do not bring nearly the amount people think they're worth. I got into it with a guy the other day who had his 2021 Rebel wheels and tires, which had 30k miles on them, he had them listed for $1200 and said it was a steal at that price! lol. Depending on your miles you...
If you're putting the factory size TRX tires that come on the TRXs, you will 100% rub bad if you're still stock suspension. You need wheel spacers and at minimum a leveling kit, and even with that you'll have to do some minor trimming and or bending of the wheel liners.
I was wanting a big more of an aggressive stance, while still not being over the top for a daily driver. I think the 3.5" kit paired with 35s is the perfect happy medium looks wise and daily drivability wise.
Correct. They all appear to be similar and will fit any radio, but it is not the case. Buy the whole unit, ac vents and all. So you take your current one off, which comes off all in one piece, and you put the new one on, all in one piece.
