Sorry to necro an old post but any of you with trucks out of warranty get a case through Ram with these repairs? Took my truck into an independent and they identified the same CV/Front Diff play. I'm at 96K in my 2019 Rebel but they want like $4k to replace everything.
Anyone use these guys? They say they rebuild the airbag with OEM components, including the Bilstein strut. They are powdercoated black, though. The cost is on-par with buying (2) of the $360 Bilstein Struts from Mopar but saves the time to rebuild. Any thoughts...
Anyone have any ideas what these rear OEM Bilsteins are with the reservoir? They come up when you look for OEM rear suspension (in this case) for my Rebel.
Trying to identify what's different between these air-ride components. Anyone have an idea? This would be for a 2019 Rebel -- every part number says it fits.
Anyone know what the difference is on these full assemblies? They all say they fit my 2019 RAM but one is $1200 (which looks like it has the Bilstein installed) and then another half the price (which is still available on other sites) but the strut looks different?

My 19 Rebel with Air Ride is just past 92k and it feels like its bouncing all over the place, so I think I'm due for some replacements. Read through the entire thread -- Are these the two go-tos?

@OCD Solutions - How is your truck going? You mentioned...
Hey all! I have a 2019 Rebel with roughly 86K miles with factory Air-Ride. I've read a lot of nightmare posts if the system goes so now I'm wondering what general maintenance can be done to ensure the functionality of the system? I'm notice the rear of the truck's ride might be getting a...
Update: Got a call from the Ram Cares rep randomly today and long story short, she basically said she was fighting for my case behind the scenes and I now only have to pay for $100. Not sure where that number came from but I wasn't about to complain. Apparently the glass has come in- just...
$125 and meineke replaced all 4 bolts with stainless and the 2 gaskets I provided. Money well spent imo to not worry about having to air hammer them out 🤣
100% agree that it's an outside party doing the glasswork. Part of it is I just don't want to lose. hahaha. I agree the $467 probably isn't worth the hassle but I'll see what the GM has to say.
Update on my truck, which is a 2019 Rebel with 80K. FCA is covering all materials for the repair -- the back replacement window and the RF hub. My servicing dealer won't give me a full credit on labor, which is normally around $800 -- they settled on $467. Apparently "it's a third party...
Mine currently only has the XG1. I have a case open right now to fight the XL1. I have a cracked rear backlite and now Im having RF module issues. My truck shut off on me twice while driving and its becoming a safety issue.
Side note, is there anything that would keep FCA from adding the XL1 coverage to what seems a truck that falls in the appropriate window? The TSB states all trucks MFG on or before Sept 30th 2020. My truck is MFG 2-19 per the sticker on the doorjam.. I should have this coverage, no?
