If you have the two on the driver side but it's not over the glovebox I would think there's something wrong there. Maybe look above the glovebox door and see if you can spot the light pipe and maybe the LED?

My 2021 Laramie has that same back seat, this truck is the first place I'd seen it though. Could it be part of the rear reclining seat versus the fixed rear seat? I found out yesterday that there is a release behind the other two seat sections to allow them to fold forward too.
