Wow, post your employer info here and we can let them know your overpaid.
If the newer vehicles cost alot more than the last few years, (who cares about the actual rate) then the older vehicles values also increase, or drop less in value than the norms for used vehicles. Well, to getting into...
When I traded in my 2019 3500 HO to a 2020 1500, I did not want the 12" radio. Even though I liked the truck functions controlled on the screen, the NAV was worthless. You'll be better using google maps, the truck NAV doesn't work when using Google or Apple maps. I wanted to use both on a 5K...
I went back and opened the Ram site which has the 2025 specs, and it went to the same 2024 specs, it just seems to early to build a 2025 on the web. I'd be willing to bet the dealer would have the codes for the 33 gallon tank, if your willing to sit down at a dealer. I ordered a truck in 2007...

This shows it best, look at last pages, the 23/26 and 33 are explained
Yes you are correct, there are so many versions, so I must of looked at a different truck. I did notice the engine and transmission choices are now on the 4th step, when it used to be the very 1st step. :sneaky:
Regardless, a 23 gallon tank for a working truck is ridiculous.
I'm sorry, but I think Ram is really screwing up a great platform for Ram. Dumping the proven Hemi engine for a tiny inline 6 cylinder, I don't care of the HP increase, trying to make the torque and HP to match the Hemi with an over complicated small I6 will fail. If I use a 2025 1500 as a...
Ram is screwing up the range on the lower trim levels ????. I tried to trace back to when it was changed to the 23 gallon, but gave up on the research, but what difference does it make anyway when they did it, they did it. I wanted the larger 33 gallon tank, but I felt 26 gallon would work if I...
I just looked up Ram builds and found that tradesman and bighorn now have 23 gallon tanks, which equates to 18-19 actual gallons usable. That would be at 20 MPG x 18 gallons = 360 mile range. So the big question, when did Ram change the tank from 26 to 23 gallons?
At 70 mph flat running (I40 from New Mexico to Oklahoma) I got 21 MPG with truck in sig. When you fill up, and your average shows 21 on the lie o meter, you'll see @ 500 miles to empty. Thats with a 26 gal tank, which I've never been able to fill at, on empty, so you would do the math in your...
This is a correct statement, however to do it like the ORP option, you need to change a lot of suspension parts and spend way more than its worth, even if you do it yourself. So pucks are the worst alternative, and with Bilstein type shocks you can have an adjustment to lift the front. Bilstein...
My brother thought my 1500 was a 2x2, when I pointed out the auto 4x4 setting, and its purpose, he looked at me weird and asked, "is this a 4x4?". My 2020 1500 is the first 1500 I've owned, out of 5 other Dodge Ram trucks I've owned, and I'm not including the 68 2x2 D200 with split rims in the...
I just measured the difference in the front and rear to the top of the fender wells, and its 2.5" so I'm thinking of 1.5" rise in the front to give it a lift but still raked down to the front.
