I kept only the cable plugged in for a while and “tied” it up in the grab handle in case I needed adjustment.
Easiest is probably to roll it up and hide it somewhere down there for the event the dealer needs to mess with software.

Includes washing instructions. In the dyer on low and then over a line in the basement if still damp.
‘19 Laramie with 2” Mopar and Falken 295/60r20. My garage is 6’8”. Truck fits, but less than 1” clearance (just eying it). Snow drifts against the garage door are beyond my comfort level.
‘19 Laramie (with park assist, which supposedly is supported for that year). Just drove it a bit, now the speedometer is up to 1 mile higher than the Garmin and the rader speed thing down the road. Not sure if going up .25 would flip me back to going faster than the speedometer.
I tend to get...
So... ran the software update through the pc (don’t know if it did anything) an took the thing into the garage. Getting it hooked up to the ”green block” was the only challenge. I’m 6’7” and have shovels for hands. You have to get in a certain position, thank God for the Jesus handle (and a...
I’ve said that too. Gas is cheaper than ever but nowhere to go, been working from home 10 months now (Commute is 100 mls/day). I bet RAM is happy with my 7 years unlimited miles warranty. Got my RC today. Hope to use it this weekend, the tires measure 33” high on the truck. I’ll report back when...
Did you measure your tires or did you go through trial and error?
My Falken tires are advertised as 34”. I don’t know if there’s a difference measuring a tire up/down or left/right. But, in the end, whatever works to make things accurate.
Mine is a 2019, it was a bit of an impulse type of deal. Took my Jeep in for service in dec. 2018 and the truck sat there in the showroom all shiny and pretty. I feel kinda bada$$ with the lift and the tires, but the misses misses the Jeep (‘14 GC Overland 5.7).
RC ordered through Amazon. Speed doesn’t seem to be excessively off. 55 on the dash is about 58, 65 is about 69.
i went from the std Duelers (275/55r20) to 295/60r20 Wildpeaks. Odometer (trip) showed 5.1 mls vs 5.5 on the Garmin. I haven’t noticed shifting changes (against strong wind or uphill...
I found and old Garmin Nuvi in a drawer, which has speed on the display. We have one of those “your speed is” things when driving into town, but it refuses to show anything over 45 (30 zone), probably for people like me who want to see how accurate the speedometer is at 75.
Anyway, before the...
According to the RC website the incompatibility with park assist is only for 20+ models. Lift is 2” Mopar. Both lift and tires are dealer installed.
Got a 7 yr unlimited mile warranty, I’d rather not void it.
I read the RC instructions. Do I understand correctly, by “remove all cables”, you effectively remove the device, right?
The website states there’s a reset function - prior to servicing The truck. Does that mean it’s one of those things that void vehicle warranty?
I don’t need light shows and...
I’ll bring up the contract thing next oil change. Ive read up about the aftermarket programmers an tuners, but it seems they tend to fix one thing and break something else. Truck has all the goodies such as helicopter view, stay in your lane, adaptive cruise, GPS, self parking thing and what...
Is your speedometer recalibrated? Dealer said they used to be able to do that, but as of the ‘19 not anymore. I don’t know if the odometer is off now too, but on the mpg gauge the mileage went down from 20+ to 16 on a good day. Against the wind and/or uphill on the highway and the truck shifts...
Found out that left rub was the Mopar mud flap, the inside pointing slightly in (towards the tire). Electric paint stripper did the trick I just pushed the inside tip of the mud flap back when heated and it stayed back far enough to clear. right side had an additional “rub” against the liner. It...
I have the Weathertech. With 2 carsick dogs (don’t even make it out of our short street) it’s been a life saver. Goes in the washer, and the dryer on low heat. There are 3 rolls that go in the crack between the seat and the back to keep the cover in place.
It appears that there’s no magic... I backed out of a parking spot yesterday, which gave me an idea what rubbing noise you were talking about. I‘ll see if I can take care of those basins before they turn into ice buckets.
