I fixed mine similarly.. I bought some betaseal u-428 plus sealant and applied a bead all across the top of the glass. It's not visible at all and the leak is now gone. My rear window frame got the dreaded sliding window crack in 2 places.. I feel the sealant is a better solution than replacing...

I have air suspension with 5" RC lift + 1 inch lift via adjustable air links and I still couldn't fully clear my 37x12.5" tires. I had to trim the wheel wells and cut part of the pinch weld. I still rub a little bit in Aero mode.

11 mpg city 14 hwy with 3.92 gears, 5+1 lift on air suspension, 22" fuel blitz and 37" ridge grapplers. Rides OK, compared to some other cheaper cars. But no where near as smooth as it was stock.
