Drove it to work in some **** *** weather. Was sunny and 75 here yesterday. Left my house to roads covered in pea sized hail, by the time I got to work it has switched to snow. Interstate was covered by about 1.5" of slush.
A quick Google search returns tons of posts on various forums about broken spline drive lug nuts. Sounds like a good reason to never use them. It's not like they prevent wheel theft
You have a GT with paddle shifters. Use the paddle shifters, if it's like the regular trucks, when in manual mode, when using paddle shifters, MDS won't engage
I mean the same could be done with Rams if you could find a dealer foolish enough to warranty a drivetrain with aftermarket mods they install. Because I can pretty much guarantee Ford isn't going to pay for warranty work on the engine/trans of those trucks being sold.
The damage is already done. As others have suggested, do an oil change immediately.
If you can, pull the intake manifold and have it cleaned, as well as the throttle body. Judging by the pics of the throttle body you posted, it's obvious it sucked in a lot of dirt.
Monitor oil...
The little plunger thing is an anti-drainback device to keep fluid in the lines so when you hit the switch to spray it comes out immediately m. Otherwise you would have to wait a couple seconds for fluid to get from reservoir up to nozzles each time.
All the 5th gen Rams owners manual say 89 recommended, but 87 acceptable. 2019 to 2024. Not sure where you are getting the compression ratio numbers from because the engine really hasnt changed since 2013. 2003-2008 had different heads, and no VCT.
Whoever told you to get new leafs springs should stop giving you advice. You can get taller coil springs, or use a spacer. Don't forget to change your shocks out for some meant for lifted suspension
