Thanks. When I asked for a quote to install dealership, I asked if it would be accessed through screen and they told me they would be, this is why I had them install steps rather than doing it myself. Looks like I will be heading back to dealer Monday.
I had the Mopar Power Steps installed at the dealership. They work fine but are not showing screen access. I figure I'll wait till Monday to see if it shows up.
Edit: Took it in today (Monday) and they programmed it to UConnect, everything shows up and works as it should.
Had the Mopar power steps install this morning. As of right now, they are not showing up in on screen. When I picked it up, I asked if it was showing up on screen, they now, had no idea what I was talking about. I'll give it until Monday for it to show up before taking it back to dealer.

While I don't believe it is the cause of the noise you are hearing, did you check the exhaust flange bolts many members have had trouble with? There looked to be movement and a large gap as I watched the first video.
