One of the things I miss about my BMW is the awesome regional club and their Facebook pages (club and club marketplace). Awesome group of gear heads that would recommend mechanics, put on track days and events, and give you an impossible to find part or tool sitting in their garage.
There are tactile buttons for the AC on either side of the screen.
I like the ability to split screen and have Waze/Carplay and Media displayed simultaneously.
I do miss tactile buttons for seat heating/venting.
That's what I would do. Sylvania Silverstars or Phillips Crystalvision will get you whiter output, although it sacrifices bulb life.
Looks like H11s for lows and fogs, 9005 for highs i the Halogen Reflector Headlamps per the manual.
No personal experience with this truck because I've got LEDs, but I always had concerns with swapping bulb types in trucks in the past because halogen reflector housings don't cutoff the same as HID and LEDs, and HID and LED PnP don't position the light arc in the same location they are in a...
I wonder what's going on between 4000-4500 RPM. There's a pretty significant dip in the torque curve (30 lbft) and then it picks back up. Similar, less significant, dips on the y-pipe and intake dynos. Doesnt happen on the baselines.
An attempt to combat this that I've seen used on other forums is a FAQ sticky for each section.
A user who's an expert in the area would pull together as much info as possible and dump it in one thread that stays at the top of each forum. For the general forum, it can be a link to a single...
Local dealer can get it next day, for full MSRP on the parts, unfortunately.
For anyone wondering, OEM parts for a left side bumper hit:
Bumper: $427
Left Step Pad: $17.25
Left Valence: $23.95
Total: $468.20 + Tax
Will be right at my deductible ($500), so I'll just do it myself and not take...
Damn, now I have to drive around with a busted truck until FCA catches up!
From parts.com:
Thank you! Unfortunately the part/parts you've requested are on back order with no ETA from the manufacturer. We thank you for the opportunity.
The Mopar rear lift is accomplished with a spring spacer. If the ORG 1" is a new spring, that would remain making the total rear lift 3". I agree the front gets replaced. So in effect a 2F3R lift compared to non-org?
The Mopar site lists the labor estimate at 4 hours, and an MSRP of $1,350.
Call it $130/hr + 1 hr align, 15% shop and tax. Total should be closer to $2300. That could probably get you a RC 6" installed...
Push it. See if they'll let you take the tech for a ride and make sure they understand the noise you want them to address.
Or, the door panel shouldn't be too hard to take off, could just pull it and fix it yourself.
I wonder if it's not a high profit option for the dealer. What's the real cost? Wholesale on the brake controller is probably $100 and the mirrors are probably a wash.
