Do you know how we can obtain a copy of the TSB for the horizontal seal?
Is there also a TSB for the sound dampening mat or is that simply something that you added on your own? Do all new trucks have the sound dampening mat?
The ones that run vertical I think have a small gap between the seal and the cab (or is it seal and bed?). I think the horizontal one there is not much of a gap if any. I do agree that risk is minimal and who sees that area anyways. Although it could maybe hold water/snow and rust? Not sure why...
They installed the horizontal cab to bed seal up until Sept.'18 I believe. Trucks built after that date do not have that seal. Many people that notice wind noise say it does help to reduce it. Only downside I can think of is that it rubs against the cab/bed and could be bad for the...
Oh wow, I did not think about this. I have my jumper cables in a box under my tonneau cover, if battery dies, how am I going to get to the cables? There is no way to use the manual key on the tailgate?
People are running this on their ORG? Why does the ReadyLift website specifically state "NOTE: Not for use on trucks that are factory pre-lifted/leveled or that have the "off-road package"."?
The mats do work with the bench seat (I have them) however it is not all one piece in the front. It does not go over the front hump. I do like the mopar mats a lot and do not see the hump not being covered as a problem as I rarely have anyone ride the middle and grind their feet on that little...
This is my concern also. I do not do too much off road but I do drive in a lot of snowy conditions as well as want to maintain the comfort that the individual springs provide on potholes and such...also the occasional dirt road I would like it to maintain a good feel.
So you will end up with LSD and eLocker or is the LSD going to replace the eLocker? I have the same setup without the Max Tow package (ORG with eLocker). I think with the traction control the absence of LSD is no big deal (plus they supposedly wear out after a few years anyways). From your...
I have the Falkens via ORP. Funny the door tag says 32. My tire pressure went down to 32 about a week ago primarily due to the cold weather and the display system told me to fill it up to 38 psi. It kept telling me that every time I drove it even when the psi increased naturally to 34ish. Took...
These trays have a little slot in the back of them. Perfect for holding most phones in them sideways. Do you think that would be a better way to hold your phone in that general vicinity? I didn't realize that slot was there until the other day.
I think it is installed properly. Many people have same issue and I think a little weather stripping in that gap helps it a bit. I have same gap and have been meaning to seal it with some small strips of weather stripping but havent got around to it yet. Takes a bit of work to get these 100% sealed.
