I got one also, actually 3 total from different email adresses. I am doubtful my truck will be delivered by June 30. Anybody know if historically RAM will extend this to match your trucks arival?
Just ordered a Rebel Diesel, really hoping for low 20"s or better. In my area Diesel is less than regular gas, and since my current ride takes premium and gets 11-12 MPG, I am really hoping for double MPG at .50c less a gal. Hopefully!
Thanks for the right up, much appreciated. I just ordered a Rebel with MFT and Ramboxes and for me a hard, lockable cover is a must have. I have been thinking about a Retrax. I havent been to Peragon's website yet, you dont happen to know if they work with Ramboxes also?
Thanks.
I like your comparison and think you are mostly spot on. I just ordered and put down a deposit on a Rebel ecodeisel this week and in my 2 year search/research the only thing I would disagree with you on, or add to what you said is this:
-I ordered the ecodiesel but I personally think the GM...
Hmmmm...Thanks for the feedback. I sent them an email asking about the "Diamond Top Plate" option. Maybe that will help. Worse case I make the wife happy and get running boards. Not the end of the world.
Hey, I think I saw your rig on the White Knuckle website? I take it those are their sliders? How do you like them? How far do they stick out from the truck? Do they make a good step to get into the truck? I want sliders over running boards but my wife isn't going to be happy if they aren't...
How far do they stick out from the side? I would prefer sliders to running boards but my wife isnt going to be happy if it is not a good step for her to use to get into the truck.
I am in the process of negotiating a Rebel with RAMBoxes and probably MFT. I really want the retrax lockable cover. I have emailed them and they said it fits this Ram config but I dont know anything about the rails. Is there something I need to do when ordering or after delivery related to rails?
Funny, Ramboxes are probably the number one reason I am even going to order a RAM. I like the idea of a big "junk" storage bins that keeps the cab organized.
I dont have a truck yet, but I think it is vehicle specific. Every car and SUV I have ever owned I have always done a beautiful job backing into a tough spot. This Merc I have had for 8-9 Years now I still cant back in straight to save my life. I am always angled, I am always pulling forward...
Well you are my new best friend. I dont remember where I got the numbers but clearly I was on drugs. I love this forum. I search that damn RAM website and I can never find this information and I come on here and people post these great links that have all the details I need. Thanks man!
Ok, I know nothing about towing. We currently dont own a truck yet, I am deciding between a Rebel or Laramie, Ecodiesel, 4x4. As I understand it the Rebel tows at 7220? and the Laramie at 6340?
I am considering a trailer that states the curb weight is 4,960 and the gross vehicle weight is...
Tundra, particularly the TRD Pro is a great truck and you cant go wrong with it. Feb 2020 my wife and I rented a new Rebel on vacation and loved it but my head was saying buy the Tundra for reliability. In November of 2020 we rented a Tundra SR5 for a road trip from Seattle to Phoenix and...
Thanks for the feedback. I was referring to the top trim level in each the Laramie and Rebel both with leather. My wife and I sat in both (also the Limited) and to be fair we couldn't tell much difference between the Rebel and Laramie from a seat comfort or quality of leather standpoint. I...
