it's the supplier making the rear window assembly, not Ram/FCA. Chevy is having the same issue as they use the same supplier. I wish he could get the Vertical sliding rear window like the Tundra!

I think @mikeru82 basically read my mind. i am in the same boat as him. I definitely like mine, they hold a good amount of groceries and are super easy to access. alignment is meh, not perfect but not as bad as i've seen others on here report. I have a tow strap and some miscellaneous tools...
