Would you be willing to post more pics? How does it look with the seat down looking at it from the drivers perspective? Any issues with the reclining seats? Did you order the black carpet and could they do a 12" sub cutout?
Thanks
The amp is a a 500W RMS at 2ohms. The subs are 250RMS max.
I did base the gain with the stock head unit bass at +2 or 3 because I wanted some of the mid bass from the doors. I am very new to this as I had a kicker hideaway in my previous truck and had pre-amp outputs on the old deck to...
This was just a theory before people spend money on clamps and valves.
I work in a big store where things are sold on pallets. Some of the giant coolers have a roll-up door run off a motor and a small computer. The computer counts rotations of the motor to know when the door has rolled all the...
2 boxes, yes. The seats have to be fully reclined in my situation. I did add a layer of noico 80mil, noico 170mil and a sheet of MLV, but even still, I don't think that even without the added material that you would be able to keep the seats fully upright.
Rockford Fosgate Box Wizard says my box is 0.68 cubic feet. The seller of the box claimed 0.88. Rockford recommends a box range of 0.75 - 1.25 with an optimum at 1.02 for a sealed setup, which I am running.
Am I close enough?
I am running the 2 DVC subs at a total of 2 ohms.
I think I read somewhere that you used the PAC module. I understand that this will give me a clean signal, but not sure if it's worth the $275 price tag.
Currently, I'm running two Rockford fosgate r2d2 12" subs on a Rockford fosgate 500xd1 amp being fed from stock amp out.
I have gain barely...
I was able to fit a pair of these boxes with the stock sub removed: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Shallow-Mount-Sub-Woofer-Speaker-Enclosure-12-Sealed-Truck-Box/231173491791?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649
Width: 18"
Height: 15"
Depth back to front on bottom: 7.25"

I had similar issues with AC not being the coldest and I think I may have fixed it.
All I did was sit in the truck with it set to run but engine off. Make sure it is very quiet.
I set climate control to fan speed 1 and then rolled the temp up to max. You should hear the blend door move. Then...
They fit great and look great. I only wish the hardware was black, I plan to paint them later - the silver metallic finish looks off against the black rubber.
They dont just connect to the wheel well liner, they have 3 points that mount to the factory fender flare. They feel absolutely solid.
cant hear a damn thing from the back. Just finished putting everything back together today and haven't test drove much. It feels so solid back there and I am pleased with how everything came together. Total job was about 16 hours or so. Exhausting. I should have kept going all the way up to the...
Thanks for the guide. Gave me the knowledge to move forward myself. I went a step further and applied some Noico 170mil closed cell foam. I also hung a sheet of MLV on the back wall. Everything fit back together just fine.
Happens to me as well. If I reach around to the backside of the seat and give it a thump, I can sometimes get the noise to stop.
I believe if you re-position your weight against the back of the seat, you can change the pitch of the noise which makes me think the fan blades are rubbing on the...
I just ordered.
I have a truxedo X15 Pro. I will upload pics.
It should fit just fine, though, for my application. The tonneau cover doesnt sit on the lip of the bed rails. Not sure about the bakflip.
Looks good! Did it not come with terminal cups? How's it look in the truck? Any clearance issues with seat and recline mechanism?
I'm excited and getting ready to pull the trigger myself.
Thank you for posting!
For anyone interested, Putco reached out to me and said they have a new product designed for the New 2019 models.
Putco 89872 is the item number for the new locker side rails designed for our trucks.
Any follow up to this?
I've only found a few that make them for the 2019 new body.

And that's pretty much it. Very few pics floating around...
