Welcome. I agree with @Fatherof3 and say change the grill. I prefer matching trim all around simply because it’s aesthetically pleasing. A touch of sometime different Can occasionally look nice, but not when it comes to the full grill or bumper.
Do you have tow hooks there now? And are just trying to fill the empty space? If so, might be able to find a used set from someone that added aftermarket tow hooks. I did but pretty sure I tossed the solid trims. I’ll double check for you tho.
I think they redesigned the angled nuts on the end links so you don’t have to do that anymore. At least I saw that somewhere, but am drawing a blank where I heard it.
