I’ve experienced something similar. But since we are currently going through a heatwave, I chalk it up to that for the time being. Once the cabin cools down, the USB’s usually work.

Did you delete your muffler as well? Or only the resonators? I deleted my muffler but kept the resonators and it’s nice on cold start and really comes alive when you get on the skinny pedal. But sometimes if like a little more so I’m entertaining the idea of deleting the resonators as well.
Sometimes aftermarket UCA protrude a little further than factory arms. You can install the proper wheel spacer/adapters and run your Falkens. Or get new wheels with 0 Offset that would also work.

People are less attentive because of safety features these days. Just like they are less attentive to their surroundings, landmarks and directions because of GPS navigation.

I have zero clearance issues. Had slight rub with front Husky splash guards but removed them.
I do run BORA spacers so that helped avoid clearance issues.
