Ok, I just bought the truck. Using the $500 was NOT a problem. Never did get the $1000 cash email, so this helped a little!! ;) Special thanks to @Yangster for the great timing!!

That makes sense as I never got the $1000 offer from FCA!! I'm hoping that at least I can get the $500!

So I called the number and spoke with a rep. Sounds like this $500 is available regardless of any other factory incentives!! Will know shortly!!

I am pretty sure the dealership can "lock in" your deal at the current incentives if they choose to do so. Then, when the truck comes in, if incentives are better, you would get the benefit! I would insist upon this!!

We can all feel your pain. Sounds like one step forward, two steps back.....maybe. I say that because it is very hard to know, definitively, what stage our trucks are in at any given! Hopefully it won't be too long for you now.....

Interesting. Went to pick up my truck this past Saturday and specifically tested mirrors in reverse. Both mirrors tilted down when in reverse, or could turn this off. Did not see anything about only having one mirror tilt down (like in my 911....very useful).

My build took 6 weeks to the exact day of delivery to dealer. SA said there are things they can do to speed up orders......not sure if this is a true statement, but can't argue with the results, especially as I see people waiting for well over my 6 week wait!

Thanks and that makes sense. Reading @Ryan RVA post, he indicated he set "Bilstein 5100’s front/rear set at 2.2”, which sounded like he raised the front/rear 2.2"....

Question, and pardon my ignorance (first truck), if the front rake is about 2", how are you leveling with Bilsteins? Thanks.....I am thinking about doing the same and was considering only front Bilstein's but might want to just do all 4.

Have you checked to see if you have a build sheet via VIN website yet?
