Would have to agree that somehow the wrong filter was put into the box as website shows it will fit your truck!!

Only thing that really matters is the dealer configurator, which can be different (sometimes good and sometimes bad) than the Ram website! Always ask for a build sheet to see the exact options on a truck....can help eliminate surprises!

Alright, only because you have been so helpful to me today. Go to Nav then Nav settings in lower right corner, then choose speed limit. Works great and gives one warning and does not nag like, well...does not nag! Feels great teaching the master something! :LOL:

You should push to get to the bottom of the "issue with your SSN" and have the dealer explain, in detail, exactly what the "issue" is!! Our credit ratings are almost identical and no way i'd pay 4% with the economy like it is. Did you seek alternative financing? Sounds like games to me!

There is built in GPS for sure with my nav (12" screen w/nav)!! No need to connect to your phone. Speed limit pops up but you have to be on the main nav screen, which does not make sense as I rarely use this screen. I just want to see it in front of me in the main instrument...

That really sucks and hate that happened to you!! If it makes you feel any better, even with a locking lug nut the low lives would have most likely still stolen your wheels.....it would simply slow them down!!

Yep, I would highly recommend calling and talking to Sam. She is very nice and answered all my questions (I'm sure she answers the same questions 50x daily)!! Very, very easy purchase and saved quite a lot of money vs buying at selling dealership for sure!!
