Well...since that’s my truck your looking at i can offer some first hand advice =). You’re going to want something like a +20 or +18 offset if going 20x9. That will keep it inline with the fender.
a 285/60 would fit just fine
I just did Daystar spacers + Links (front only) on my 21 Limited w/ORP. Added 20x9 Fuel Rebel 6 and 295/60r20 Ridge Grapplers. Rides like a dream.

I’m looking to update the tire size on my new 21 limited. Did you ever get park sense back working? Seemed to be a constant prob on the 21s. I upgraded to 34.5” tires
If you give me about 3-4hrs i can help.... i just had the dealer install the daystar spacers and revel links on my 2021 Limited w/ ORP friday and have an appt to get Fuel 20x9 +20 w/ 295/60r20 on later this afternoon. Thats a 34.5" tall tire.
does it have 4x4 Off Road badging on the sides of the bed? It may just have the protection group which is skid plates and the like. The ORP adds the suspension components
