Nice work! I'm running the B2 resonator delete with the B2 mid level muffler. The resonator delete made a world of difference in my opinion. Especially with reducing cab drone. Before the resonator delete, I wasn't too crazy about the sound and I hated driving highway at anything above 65mph...
If you're comfortable working on your own ride, I'd recommend compiling the parts lists from the dedicated threads within this forum. Source the parts on your own (a lot of us use BAM Wholesale, but there are plenty of vendors out there to choose from), and install everything yourself.
The...
Plug and play with one exception. If your foot is on the brake and your turn indicator is on, the tail light will flash between red and amber. Not a huge deal and can be remedied with configuration changes in AlfaOBD if you wish to correct it.
She actually recently added some new material to her lineup, and the badges look even more like OEM if that is what you're after. She sent me this one to try, and while both were excellent quality, the newer material really does look better in my opinion.
I swapped the solid lower grille out for the mesh style lower grille that comes on the eco diesel models (part no. 68334531AD). To hold the light bar, I’m running the Rough Country 20” light bar mounting brackets. The entire bar mounts behind the mesh lower grille giving it that hidden look.
She has made a few badges for me. Here is the latest glovebox badge that she sent me with some new material that she recently picked up. I installed it yesterday evening. Looks nearly identical to OEM.
Feel free to enter if there is any interest. Ultimate9 sponsored a 10k follower giveaway for my Instagram page. They will be giving away one of their evcX throttle controllers ($250 value) once my account hits 10k followers.
All details can be found on the post that is pinned on my Instagram...
No problem, and your thinking is correct. Door handles, caps, and wiring harnesses from Jimmy07. Connect and pin in the harnesses at the rear, then tap into the designated wires in the sills by the front seats. Just be cautious when routing all of the wiring so you don’t catch or pinch anything...
Sounds like you have it down. If you already have the passive entry system on your truck, you should only need the parts you mentioned in your post to add it to the rear doors.
Feel free to shoot me a message if you have any specific questions. @Jimmy07 was a huge help with guiding me when I...
I don't remember total counts for the clips, but I can tell you that you shouldn't need more than a couple (if any at all). I added passive entry to all four of my doors and didn't break a single one on any of them. I'm usually the guy that if something can go wrong, it will go wrong lol. To my...
These are on my wishlist. I haven’t heard of a single bad review from anyone with these. Any modification that improves comfort is a modification worth adding.
I don't believe AlfaOBD has an answer for that. As an alternative, I have come across a few other postings where owners have removed the shutters entirely with the exception of the top and bottom segments. Supposedly that workaround still satisfies the system and it won't trip any fault codes...
A couple of small additions over the last week or so…
1) Finally decided to grab the Auxbeam switch panel mount for the center console. I don’t know why I waited so long to do this. I’ve wanted it since I first came across the product. Really happy with the look and fitment. Not to mention it...
The overall outside wheel diameter is only a piece of it. Inner barrel sizing can vary considerably from brand to brand among other measurements. I can't remember any specific 18" wheels off hand that do not fit, but I have read several instances of some wheels just not being compatible due to...
Results seem to be all over the place. I have talked with a few guys that love balance beads, and others that have had the same experience that I did. It was annoying driving to work on what felt like clouds one morning, and then blocks the next lol.
Glad to hear that they have worked out for...
I'll personally never run balance beads again. The truck shop that mounted my previous 20" wheel setup decided to use balance beads without even giving me an option. I figured I'd roll with them and see how they did. I made it a whopping 10k miles and decided enough was enough. Around the city...
I said up in my original comment on this thread that I wasn't completely sold on the CG wash, but my opinion has flipped on that. After using up the CG wash, I switched to some no-name microfiber wash from Amazon and the difference was immediately noticed. I guess the old saying "You don't know...
