Mine worked (sort of) the day I picked it up. Salesguy used his laptop to sign me up and I tested the app. The app isn't very good and might work 50% of the time. I usually have to send the same command at least twice to get it to work. Very common complaint here.

It's shocking how little these Ram tech know about the products they're supposed to be able to service. @RamCares & FCA should really be working with the dealers to get their techs trained and certified on these platforms.
They will continue this as long as they keep selling trucks. Bottom line is all they're concerned with. Keep the product just good enough and people will buy it.

Sounds like @RamCares is just trying to string you along. They clearly have admitted they know this is a problem with no fix and are hoping you'll just give up if they jerk you around enough. That's an excellent "additional layer of support" from them.
If RF balance corrected this issue for you, even if only for a while, tire quality is suspect. We're all told over and over that OEM uses the cheapest, worst quality tires available in an effort to save money. Whether that's true or not I cannot say, but your experiment seems to point to tires...
Me too! If I plug it in and ignore the app my phone cycles as if the power from the USB is being switched on and off every couple seconds. Android auto is annoying and doesn't do anything I find worthwhile.
