Figured it out. I had to upgrade the firmware from 18.01 to 18.03. I was pleasantly surprised they had both Mac and pc software. Couldn't get the Mac software to work but was able to borrow a friend's pc. Works like a charm now. Just a heads up that zautomotive has two sets of instructions on...
