19 Limited here too. Seems to only happen when there is something putting slight pressure on the tailgate from inside. I can hear the actuators. With a slight push in while lifting handle, it will release. Got a few thou miles left under warranty, wonder if I should have it looked at???

One of the worst engineering oversights ever! Both my cupholder and the felt coin holder are dirt and liquid magnets. Even when you get the unit out, getting the rubber insert out and back in is a major pain in the ***.

Have been wondering the same thing and interesting that I can not find one vid on youtube for 5th gen brake job. Surely someone with a 19 has had to replace pads or rotors?

Curious if it needs to be leaky and not air tight? Its only a plastic resevoir so would it hold if under pressure?

2019 Limited and has gotten me 2 times and the wife 2 times. Left her black and blue. Found posts going back to 2012 where this was occurring. You'd think they would have fixed in 8 years???? I like the idea above about getting rid of them altogether.

save exact behavior and sounds on my 2019 limited. interestingly, I just had new tires installed and truck was up on a lift. since then, the sound and feel had completely disappeared. not sure what caused the change??? but I will take it for now. hope this is a lasting fix.

2019 Ram Limited with every available option....except LED vanity lights apparently! Used these bulbs and so far, no probs. Shuyee 29mm Festoon LED Car Bulb, via Amazon. 4.89 for 6 bulbs.

2019 Ram Limited with 22" Eagle Touring on it now. Almost all driving is road and highway. Anyone have a suggestion or opinion on new rubber? While I like the look of the A/Ts, main concern is ride comfort and noise.
