Should be fine. I have 1” Bora spacers on the front and 1.25” Bora spacers on the rear, on factory 20’s....works perfect. Cant imagine they won’t work on the factory 22’s....

I did switch to 34's (275-65-20)
At highway or interstate speeds the truck seems to function as normal...will stay in 8th gear, but will gear down to 7th on any incline to maintain speed..
I do t see any "gear hunting"....seems to cruise along just fine
