for myself, the e-locker will not be used all too often - but living up here in canada, i can't tell you how many times i have driven over a snow covered job site, ran over something i couldn't see, and hit the underside of my truck. (rocks-lumber etc.) under carriage protection will be an asset.

I did a little research (you tube videos etc.) and went with the uniden r-3. great reviews but a little costly (paid $500 canadian up here.

i have 2 dealers up north in canada that i visit early in the mournings (not open at that time). the larger one just received about 30 new rams in the last 2 weeks. i see at least 2 new rams a week in the wild.
