So working on day 9 of JB status.... I did find a thread on a wrangler forum where they talk about the "Dreaded JB Freeze." Obviously Jeeps have a lot more options that likely get installed at body vendor, but if you read through the thread many seem to be due to supplier shortages...

Just spoke with my dealer and they had a sold order that just hit KZ, but it set in JB status for 3 weeks due to a supplier shortage for some accessory.

I guess another plausible delay would be the vendor waiting for parts, for example they haven't received the power running boards from the supplier

Have you asked your Dealership to escalate? After mine got involved escalating upwards is when my build finally started moving. Now it could have been a coincidence, but doesn't hurt to try.
