Yeah I escalated my case last week and spoke to RAM customer care again today. Who confirmed my case was escalate to the order tracking team and said should be "built late this month, so check back then." Of course this does not line up with what I got earlier today from an inside source.

I don't believe he would have that level of information. This is after last week RAM customer care told me mid/late June. :rolleyes:

Not a huge shocker, but my Build plan date has slipped. "Build plan has moved to 7/16 now "

Numerous other guys who ordered days and weeks after me with either etorque, ramboxes or both have moved to D1 on or around 6/1.

Yeah both got Limiteds with etorque and ramboxes.....

Touched base with RAM customer care and my truck is still in D status (35 days!!) They are re-escalating my case so hopefully can get some kind of answer in the next few days.

So got some inside info the multi function tailgate is the one that can be opened 6 different ways. Not sure in availability yet.

So this is my 30th Day of D status. Hit up RAM customer care for the first time in 2-3 weeks. I was told i was still in D status, but the agent is going to escalate the case for me. I should be hearing something in 1-2 days via email

These two grilles (longhorn and limited) should be interchangeable as both trucks have the adaptive LED lights.

Yeah go with the 18". Its what I got on my 2013 and its the perfect aggressive growl but not to loud. Also. I have a CAI and 5" exhaust tips which helps the sound a little too.

I have a Retrax One on my current truck and really like it, so I will be getting a Retrax One MX for my 2019. They haven't released the 2019 cover that fits Ramboxes yet but websites says availability in Q2.
