The "badge" isn't vinyl, but I'd bet anything the red inserts are vinyl stickers the previous owner installed. Many of us have them.
If you like the red, just look up the overlay guy and order a set, or any other color you prefer. Mine are white.
My brow is around 6" at the mirror and closer to 10" at the edges. I'm 6'2", and use my visors whenever necessary. I also cannot drive without sunglasses. Missouri won't (or didn't last I checked) allow tint below the whatever they call it line.
Maybe it did, but I don't remember it getting below zero F here last year, but my Rebel has been snoozing in the garage since Sunday morning. The Malibu however remote started just fine at zero F.
I went 25% up front, and it's a little lighter. I also did a really high ceramic in back, but it didn't really darken much, which wasn't the purpose.
I disagree on the brow. I did 15% and love it, but I'm lame... 😄
I almost bought the Shifts and Grins brackets last year, but then couldn't decide on a light. Then life got in the way and I forgot about it.
Guess, I should pick this back up.
I've had two use uninsured motorist twice. First time the guy T- boned me and totaled my car. County prosecutor went after him and got my deductible.
The second rear-ended me and did about $6k in damage. Really pissed me off when the cops gave him a ticket and sent him on his way...
Sorry to hear this. So frustrating. Had almost the same happen a few years back. She was trying to turn left toward the stop light at a busy intersection from a gas station on the corner. I was trying to go right, but like many she pulled all the way to the right. I left about a half a car...
Hmm... I'm in the garage, and took a look. Is yours a quadcab? The seat brackets don't look the same as my crew. Anyway, on mine seat heater harnesses come up from the floor on each side. Don't see the sub harness from below. There is a box mounted to the back wall in the middle, with a...
Several law enforcement offices openly offer this around here.
I had a guy across the state "want" to buy an old Chevy axle from me. He was going to send me a cashiers check, you know the routine.
So, I gave him my name, my address, and phone number. Well, I said they were mine. I didn't...
Well, poop! If I ever washed my truck again, I was going to get a bunch of different pix... different angles... different time of day... in the garage... outside... ,but you're on to me.
Back to drooling over Boogie's pix... going camping next month. Nothing like that, but if the kids...
Couldn't tell you now. Had it for a long time. Probably time to replace. I like to keep one with hooks and one without, but the soft D rings are probably a better option.
I only use the hook one for actually towing, and if I don't have a draw bar in the receiver I have a shackle in there.
I made my first recovery with this truck. Sister in law sunk her van to the frame in someone's yard after it rained all day. It was quick and easy. Truck never broke a sweat.
