I have the 12" screen with Nav. The maps on these trucks is probably two years old. That and the user interface kind of forced me into using my Garmin Nuvi instead of the trucks nav. Others use their smartphones instead of the trucks nav.

Regarding the noise at startup: If I start it holding the brake, I get some noise. If I release the brake just after pushing the start button, no noise.

I believe there are adjustments for lumbar support as well as tilt of the lower cushion. Perhaps they were not in the same position on the trucks you looked at, and that was the difference?
Mine is a Quad Cab.
In my back doors I see a slot in the recess above the door handle, like yours, but it looks like an empty slot. I see no other LEDs in the rear doors. At night, there are no ambient lights on behind the front seats, including under the seats except for the usb ports and...

Thanks,
Gerry

Back to the drawing board...

I can understand that you want the best seal where the rings and cylinder meet. I would think that surface would be optimized in the first few minutes of running the engine. (How many feet do the rings travel in a few minutes)
What does heat cycling the rings do? Does it increase the ring...
