20x10 -12 offset is pretty uncommon, typically you’ll see -24 or -18 offset. 20x10 0 offset is even less common than that lol. Usually 0 offset will be a 9” wide wheel

Yeah I’d be disappointed with that for sure. With my 5.5” lift and 37x13.50s I can get up to 16mpg driving from San Diego to Lake Tahoe. I’d say my average is about 12mpg. And city driving lately is like 8-9mpg lol.
