I wanted to shout from the roof top to thank all that took time trying to help me… I finally found the solution on getting my Cruise back. I disconnected the negative Post on the battery for 20 minutes and bingo. Cruise was back.

I have posted in in the adaptive cruise control form and I’m not sure if anyone else have had this problem and resolved it. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.

It did not revert back. I am totally stuck. I’ve done so much research on trying to revert back. I’m at a standstill. I have a taser and not sure if that would be causing an issue. I have not removed it. The truck is back to normal. Everything works I just don’t have cruise. 🤷‍♂️

Yes, unfortunately I’m one of those others that did not do a back up as I had no clue that we had to “my bad” So my guess would be a dealer appointment… With any luck, maybe somebody in this group may have a cruise back up that I can piggyback on 🤷‍♂️

OK, I will try that. I am totally new. Any idea what the warning lights mean? As for all the hardware, how do I reference as to the proper ones?

Yes, I’m trying to add it. I do have a taser and I have the alpha OBD and I followed the steps for removing the cruise control and adding the ACC stop and go and now I have two warning lights on my dash and says ACC adaptive cruise off any help in this matter would be much appreciated.
